Upside Down Pizza

Ingredient - Preparation Method

1 pound ground beef
1 small can mushrooms -- drained
3 small cans tomato sauce
  to taste seasonings -oregano, onion, garlic powder
8 oz. Mozerella cheese -- grated
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2   eggs
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt


Brown ground beef; drain. {Sausage or both may be used} Add can of mushrooms, drained, tomato sauace, and seasonings. Prepare like spaghetti sauce. Put in large shallow pan-9x13 or pizza pan and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Pour over ground beef mixture. Favorite pizza ingredients may be added to mixture before crust. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Candye adds the extra pizza ingredients after browning burger. She may not combine tomato sause with burger, but instead put browned beef in pan first, then sauce, then crust.
