Linea's Corn Casserole

Ingredient - Preparation Method

1/2 cup oleo -- melted
4 cups corn (cans whole kernal?)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
7   eggs
1 1/2 cups cream (milk)
1 cup cheese -- shredded


Melt oleo in large skillet. Stir corn into oleo, add flour and salt and stir together. Pour into 9x13 pan. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over corn mixture. Stir. Bake at 350 50-55 minutes. (Check sooner)

Linea has served this as part of our Thanksgiving dinner. A very tasty delicious recipe.

NOTES : For 1/2 recipe, use 9"square pan
