Ingredient - Preparation Method
3 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 cup raisins 1 teaspoon caraway seed
Cream sugar and butter. Add milk and eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and caraway seed; mix well. Add raisins. Turn into ungreased 10 inch iron skillet. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
