Ingredient - Preparation Method
1 head cauliflower 1 package peas and carrots, frozen 1 1/2 teaspoons oleo 1 1/2 cups milk 1 1/2 teaspoons flour 1/2 cup cheese -- shredded
Take cauliflower head apart and cook with the peas and carrots until soft and thoroughly cooked. Drain. Make a white sauce with the remaining ingredients except cheese. When thick, add vegetables, cheese and some salt and pepper.
